Yes, you can upgrade from one package to another as your business grows. All you need to do is to pay the difference in price between your current package and the package you’re upgrading to, and our technical team will upgrade your package within 24 hours (working days).

After payment, we’ll send you a payment confirmation and content requirements mail that lists the content we need to build your e-commerce store. The content requirements are mostly things you already have: A short write up about your business, your contact details, product pictures, product prices, etc.

For transparency, this fee is listed on all our packages. Apart from the annual renewal fee, you will not pay any other fee.

Your initial payment includes 1 year premium customer support. For subsequent years, as long as you continue to pay your annual renewal fee, you’ll continue to enjoy year-round premium customer support.
