MICROWEB TECH: OFFICIAL REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: September 2020

1. GENERAL REFUND STANCE

MicroWeb Tech maintains a strict No-Refund Policy for all services once a payment has been rendered and a project cycle has been initiated. Because we commit specialized professional resources and strategic expertise immediately upon engagement, these costs cannot be recouped.

Refunds will not be granted for elective cancellations, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind or internal shifts in preference.

  • The discovery of perceived “better” alternatives or competitors.

  • Internal disputes among Client partners, stakeholders, or management.

  • Any request made after a successful payment.

2. FAILURE TO DELIVER & REDRESS

A refund is only eligible for consideration in the exclusive event that MicroWeb Tech is demonstrably unable to deliver the initially agreed-upon deliverables due to Company-specific technical or operational failure. In such cases, the following hierarchy of resolution applies:

  • Service Credit: The Client’s funds may be converted into a non-expiring credit applicable to any other MicroWeb Tech services.

  • Service Transfer: The Client may transfer the credit or service rights to a third-party individual or entity to utilize any of our available services.

  • Calculated Partial Refund: If the above options are declined, a refund may be issued at the Company’s discretion. This refund will be subject to the deduction of all costs for time, resources, administrative meetings, and preliminary strategy research expended on the project up to that point.

3. PROJECT DIRECTION & AGREEMENT VARIANCE

If a Client unilaterally changes the direction, scope, or objective of a project after payment has been made, and the parties are unable to reach a revised agreement on a new scope of work, no refund shall be issued.

In this specific event, the Client remains entitled to:

  • Convert the existing funds into a non-expiring Service Credit.

  • Transfer the service/credit to another party for use with any MicroWeb Tech service.

4. FORCE MAJEURE

In the event that project delivery is interrupted or becomes impossible due to Force Majeure (including natural disasters, governmental regulations, pandemics, major infrastructure failures, or other “Acts of God”), no refunds will be granted. MicroWeb Tech will instead provide the Client with a permanent Service Credit or the option for a Service Transfer.

5. FINALITY OF AGREEMENT

The Company reserves the right to deny any refund request for any reason or circumstance not explicitly listed in Section 2 of this Policy. This document serves as the final authority on all financial reconciliations and supersedes any prior oral or written communications regarding refunds.

Client Assurance: We prioritize excellence in delivery. Our commitment is to ensure that every Client receives the premium service they expect, even in the event of project transitions or credit transfers.
